Jean Paul Lab facilities have an area of 400 square meters, including warehouse, and two production lines, one for liquids and one for the powders, with a production of 20 tons of powders and 40 tons of liquids.

At this stage, our team consists by three professionals, led by food technologist. Their responsibility is entirely the production of products and packaging. Soon, our people will be tripled in number, in order to produce premium quality products and to achieve the quantity production of each unit to increased to 150 tonnes per year per line. With serious assessment of needs and market opportunities, the operator led to the creation of an "autonomous enterprise". Within this organization, there was constant search and research, with results expected to improve the proposed products on an advanced technological basis, based on market needs.
